Returns and Warranty

Warranty

  • If you have a manufacturing-related problem within 3 months of sale we will refund you 15% of the sale price to cover the shoe repair fee. 
  • Warranty does not cover general wear and tear or minor cosmetic defects not affecting usage.

Exchange

  • Exchange decsions must be made within 7 days within recipt of your order. 
  • You are responsible for shipping item(s) back to us and the outwards shipping for change of mind exchange requests. 
  • Exchange is only eligable for in-stock items.

    Eligibility:

    • All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Any signs of wear such as scuff marks on the outer sole/surface of the shoe, makeup stains or ordours will not be accepted for return/exchange. The sizing stickers must be in original condition. 
    • Item(s) must have original tag (if applicable) /packing, unless you're making a warranty claim.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

    Process:

    • We will provide you with return instructions.
    • Once we receive your return, we will process your request as soon as possible.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • All refunds initiated by the customer (change of mind, placed wrong order etc) will incur a 2% fee. 
    • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your account.
