At Lily Frog Heels, we are dedicated to providing a personalised and unique experience for our customers. We offer customisation services for pole heels to meet individual requests. Please read the following customisation policy carefully:

Custom Heel Ordering Process:

  1. Choose Your Design:

    • Select from a design we have in store (if not in your size), or design your own custom heels.
  2. Contact Us:

    • Reach out via email or Instagram to discuss your ideas and specifications.
  3. Customisation Options:

    • Heel Size: 6, 7, 8, or 9 inch.
    • Heel Style: Sandal, ankle boots, mid-calf boots, knee-high boots (with or without kneepads), thigh-high boots (with or without kneepads).
    • Heel Material: Any material or pattern we have in store; wide range of colors available. Ask if you have something specific in mind.
    • Sandal Strap Options: Tara heels, cross ankle straps, or T-shaped straps.
    • Made to Measurement: For knee-high or thigh-high boots, we offer custom sizing for an additional $15 fee.
  4. Pricing:

    • Prices are similar to in-store styles, with slight variations depending on customizations.
  5. Production & Delivery:

    • Orders take 2-5 weeks to arrive, depending on the design.

  2. Payment for customization services is required in advance before the production process begins. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment options.

Return and Refund: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made pole heels, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for customised orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. It is essential to review and approve the design proposal before production begins to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. We cannot be held responsible for changes or discrepancies in the design once production has started.

Our customer support team will be available to address any questions, concerns, or updates regarding your customized order.We may provide periodic updates on the progress of your order to keep you informed of the production timeline and any potential delays.
